What is SSG?
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education that promotes lifelong learning and skills mastery to keep Singapore’s workforce future‑ready.

Who is eligible? What level of funding?
Funding for Individuals
- Singapore Citizens aged ≤40 years old & PRs: up to 50% funding
- Singapore Citizens aged ≥40 (Mid‑Career Subsidy): up to 70% funding
Funding for Employer‑sponsored Training
- Singapore Citizens aged ≤40 years old & PRs: up to 50% funding
- Singapore Citizens aged ≥40 (Mid‑Career Subsidy): up to 70% funding
- SME company: up to 70% funding
To be considered an SME for SSG funding, a company must:
✔ Be Registered or Incorporated in Singapore
✔At least 30% local shareholding by Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
✔ Annual sales turnover not exceeding S$100M OR employment size not exceeding 200 employees
