This course enables participants to understand current trends in Microsoft 365 Copilot and explore its capabilities through hands-on practice and facilitated discussions. Learners will apply these skills in Whole of Government (WOG) environments to enhance productivity and solve business use cases.
This course is based on a session for more than 50 participants.

Prerequisite
Learners should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and web browsers.
