27 Years of Empowering Digital Skills: A Letter from Our Executive Director

On 25 June 2026, NetAssist celebrates 27 years since our founding. What started as a small IT training company in Singapore has grown into a trusted partner for organisations building future-ready workforces.

A Message from Mary Lee, Executive Director

As we mark this milestone, I find myself reflecting on the journey that brought us here — the customers who trusted us with their teams’ growth, the vendors and partners who walked alongside us, and the colleagues past and present who gave their best every day.

Twenty-seven years is a long time in technology. Platforms have changed, certifications have evolved, and the skills organisations need today look very different from when we started. But some things have remained constant: our belief that practical learning creates lasting confidence, and that people learn best when training is relevant to the work they do.

Looking Ahead

The pace of change in technology — particularly with AI reshaping how teams work — only reinforces why continuous learning matters. We are excited about the road ahead and committed to helping organisations navigate these shifts with confidence, openness, and optimism.
